Malvern Community Energy Co-operative

Malvern Community Energy Co-operative is a community-owned initiative bringing members of the public opportunities to invest locally in sustainable energy. We aim to provide clean and sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels in the Malvern area.

In the face of global environmental issues, we believe that local communities have the power to play a meaningful part in promoting sustainable living. We are here to invest in the future and benefit generations to come by helping to establish a sustainable energy infrastructure in Malvern. Not only will this improve the environment but also enhance the local economy.

We hope to have many projects but the current government policy has forced us to stop at one project   The Malvern Cube, a 30kWp Solar installation . We are monitoring and supporting possible changes.

But there is a solution The Big Solar Co-op. The Big Solar Co-op is a not-for-profit, carbon-first and volunteer-led organisation. They need volunteers and investments see https://bigsolar.coop/ for more information.

Malvern Community Energy Co-operative Ltd is an Industrial and Provident Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.  The current directors are:
